DELIVERY POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Singapore. 

[We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Singapore only.] Any shipments outside of Singapore are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is either by BeautyParf Enterprise during office hours, 10am – 5pm, Mon – Fri or by Singpost Registered Mail with tracking number whichever is faster.

Customers can opt for our $7 express delivery within the next working day (Mon to Fri) if urgent. Please note that if the order comes in on a Sat, Sun or a Public Holiday, it will be considered as a Monday order and earliest express delivery will be on Tuesday.

Our delivery staff will call customers before setting off and will not proceed if customers did not answer the call.

We strive to deliver customers’ orders within 3-5 working days.

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. 

4. Shipping Costs

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Free Delivery will be provided for orders more than S$50.

We always believes in our products quality and it’s mother nature it always being directly imported from warehouse to our warehouse in a safe manner. We will never compromise with standard quality and service. All the products carefully picked up from quality sources of those who are direct manufacturer or their direct agents.
